Slide & Negative Scanning:
Overview:
Our Pro slide and negative scanning service is designed
for the professional who needs high resolution digital files
but does not wish to pay drum scanning prices. We'll scan
your film at 4000 pixels per inch to your preferred color
space in true 48 bit color using Nikon Coolscan 5000 and
9000 scanners. We'll then save your images in TIFF file
format to Mitsui Gold CD-Rs or high quality Data DVDs suitable
for archiving purposes. Our Pro scans provide you with the
RAW image data your digital workflow demands.
Our Pro scans optionally include Digital
ICE dust & scratch removal, cloning & healing for
larger blemishes, GEM Grain Reduction, cropping by hand,
and Sharpening. Please contact

Pro Scanning
Options:
1. Use of compressed air to clean your slides or negatives.
2. Scanning of your film at 4000 DPI.
3. Your choice of color space: sRGB, Adobe RGB(1998), and
others.
4. 16 bit per channel color for true 48 bit images.
5 . Digital ICE Dust & Scratch Removal with either Normal
or Fine settings.
6. Manual Cloning & Healing inside Photoshop to remove
blemishes ICE cannot repair.
7. Cropping by Hand
8. GEM Grain Reduction
9. Sharpening with Photoshop's Unsharp Mask Filter
10. Images saved to TIFF format.
11. Output to CD or Data DVD organized as you see fit.
