We
use dedicated film scanners for all slide and film scans.
Our Nikon Coolscan 5000 scanners produce beautiful digital
images. We can digitize your 35mm negatives, APS or Advantix
Film, 35mm Slides, 110 Format Slides, and 126 format slides.
We accept negatives or positives in color and black and
white. Please note that most Black and White film does not
work with Digital ICE dust and scratch removal.

We offer 3 scanning resolutions, 2,000 DPI, 3,000 DPI, and
4,000 DPI. Near drum scan resolution for a fraction of the

Digital ICE Dust & Scratch Removal Explained:
Digital ICE Dust & Scratch removal
is included with our Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Pro film
scanning services. It does a terrific job of cleaning up
most images. Digital ICE uses a combination of hardware
and software to remove surface defects without blurring
or altering the underlying image. The examples below will
help you get the idea.
Does Digital
ICE work with Kodachrome Films? Yes, in our experience
Digital ICE technology works well with most Kodachrome
films.
Occasionally Digital ICE technology will misinterpret certain
image details as defects resulting in some loss of
detail.
This is rare but occasionally happens. We use Nikon Coolscan
5000 and 9000 scanners that offer improved support
for Kodachrome
films.
Does Digital
ICE work with Black & White Film? Digital ICE
technology does work with Black & White chromogenic
film, (C-41 Process,) but does NOT work with traditional
silver-halide Black & White films.
